SilibaseRA-4PVA PVA Mould Release Agent does not contain CFCS green solvents, can satisfy unsaturated resin, epoxy, and other various efficient transfer product release requirements besides silicone rubber, after through the thermal curing mould can form a low surface energy resin film layer, by reducing the mold surface energy and achieve a stable demoulding effect. Characters of SilibaseRA-4PVA PVA Mould Release Agent: ● Products with high surface gloss after demoulding, room temperature curing type and it won't happen mold fouling phenomenon; ● Low odor, solvent-free and safe to use. Data sheet: ● Appearance：Green transparent liquid ● Odor：Hydrocarbon taste ● Solvent：Aliphatic hydrocarbons ● Shelf life：18 months from the date of manufacture ● Thermal stability after curing：400℃ Resistance Temperature ● Mould working temperature：20~180℃ Usage Instruction: ● SilibaseRA-4PVA PVA Mould Release Agent can be used within range of 20~180 ℃ by spraying or wiping. The recommended usage is spraying. We recommend to heat the mold to 50℃ before using this release agent. Or it takes 5-10 minutes for drying under room temperature without heating mold ● Mold surface coating at least 2-3 times, and each time after spraying, must wait until the surface to dry thoroughly before next coating. ● Recommended to spray one fresh layer of release agent after every demoulding, to ensure good demoulding performance.
