CAS NO : EC NO : MF : MW : Product description : Product Name: Lubricating Oil Antifoamer Item No.: SilibaseDF-8996 Product Introduction: SilibaseDF-8996 Lubricating Oil Antifoamer is a product which is processed by special process with modified dimethyl siloxane as the main raw material. SilibaseDF-8996 Lubricating Oil Antifoamer is non-toxic, has no special odor, is insoluble in water, and is soluble in organic solvents such as aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. The product has good thermal stability, oxidation resistance, low usage, and has the dual functions of defoaming and antifoaming. This product is mainly used in the aromatic hydrocarbon extraction device with sulfolane and N-formylmorpholine as extraction solvent to eliminate the foam generated by the stripping column. It can also be applied to many high-temperature defoaming processes in oily systems, such as oil and gas amine gas desulfurization and degassing processes, natural gas/oil separation and defoaming of lubricating oils. Physical Characteristics: ● Appearance: Milky white viscous liquid ● Density (20℃, g/cm3): 0.97-1.05 ● Flash point (open cup)℃: ≥300 ● Kinematic viscosity (MPA.S, 25℃): 300-1000 ● Solubility: Soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons Application Industry: Chemical Industry Active Ingredient: Polysiloxane, silicone, hydrophobic silica Packaging Storage: It is not flammable and non-explosive.
