Product description : Product Name: Release Agent Used in Inner Tyre Item No.: SilibaseRA-4ITT General Information: SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent Used in Inner Tyre is semi-permanent and water-based emulsion for inner tires demoulding. SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent Used in Inner Tyre is designed for butyl rubber bladder of tire vulcanization. When properly applied to the inside of the green tire, this formula provides excellent air bleed and lubrication between the mold and the green tire resulting in good tire uniformity and minimal trapped air defects. Main Traits: ● SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent Used in Inner Tyre does not contain benzene and chloride solvents. ● SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent Used in Inner Tyre is applied by automatic or handheld spray gun and brush. The chosen is dependent on an individual tire plant’s equipment and logistics. ● Continuous effective operation after many times vulcanization and demoulding. The number of repeatable vulcanizations depends on use efficiency, vulcanization time and temperature, structure of tire and bladder. Usage Instruction: ● Clean the mold with proper detergent and use non-polluting green tire to avoid the bad combination of coating. ● Dilute SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent Used in Inner Tyre with purified water and ensure accurate dilution ratio after practical testing and add release agent into the tank of spray system after dilution. Spray uniformly release agent on the green tire and must cover the green tire fully. ● To improve durability, strongly recommended to bake and warm up the green tire at 150℃ for 30 minutes in the oven after painted with release agent. Or put the green tire on vulcanizing machine after painted with release agent and cured by the heat of machine. Storage & Shelf life: ● Please stored at indoor under 5℃-35℃ and away from acids and alkaline.
