It has good substrate wetting effect in aqueous formulation and is resistant to hydrolysis. Features: SilibaseCP-1254 Surface Modifying Additive is used in water-borne system, which strongly reduces the surface tension of the system, and has excellent wetting and shrinkage resistance of substrates. It has long-term stability in the paint system with pH=6-8.5.
